QUESTIONS

Shipping cost is based on weight of product and location. Most shipping within the U.S. takes 3-7 days after production time. Most items are shipped within 72 hours after payment is processed. If orders are for bulk items or items that take longer than 72 hours customer will be contacted directly with lead time. All shipping is done through USPS or UPS. If wanting faster shipping options, please send an email or contact us to get quote. **During times of high volume, processing and shipping times can be delayed** (Currently these times include: October - December)

All items are laser engraved and/or cut. Items are not returnable if customized or personalized. If there is a problem with your order or if damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. While we are not responsible for delivery damage, we will do everything in our power to make an order right. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.

Custom orders are always welcome. Each custom order will include a one-time setup fee of $20, this includes editing of digital image (if provided), graphic design, and one (1) additional edit if needed on a custom graphic, and one (1) computerized mock-up. This fee does not apply to any items already on the website (unless ordering a custom one). Please reach out if you have any questions about custom items or the setup fee.
